? TIPS & TRICKS ?
* Use an embroidery hoop to hold fabric taut.
* If stitching on clothing, especially knit, be sure not to over stretch the fabric. You could use iron-on fusing on the inside of the garment to help stabilize the fabric.
*If you are concerned about the sticker not staying in place, do a large running stitch around the edge and remove when finished.
* If your needle feels sticky, just wipe it off with alcohol.
* Use a good quality floss, such as DMC embroidery threads, to prevent color bleed.
* There is a small chance the ink from the sticker could stain the fabric. To prevent staining, soak your project in warm water for at least 5 minutes to loosen the sticker. Then, rinse with running water and use your fingers or an old toothbrush to carefully remove the rest of the sticker, being careful not to disturb your stitches.
* Air dry the fabric & enjoy your work of art!
