Orders and Payment

Return Policy

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy on items for a full refund. All returns must be in original condition and  packaging.
• Please contact us before returning an item at jenni.daniel@quiltersbliss.com so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process and provide you with a return label if the purchase is eligible for return.
• Once the item is received you should see a refund via the original payment method unless otherwise noted within 7 business days. There is no refund on shipping charges.
• There are no returns on Sale items.
• There are no returns on cut yardage.
• Due to copyright laws, patterns and books cannot be returned.
• There are no refunds on Gift Cards.

Shipping Policy

• First-Class mail or flat rate typically takes 3-7 business days for arrival. Order processing is 1-3 business days. We will contact you if we expect a delay.
• If you need to place an International order, please contact us.

• US Shipping is  and varied by weight and free on orders over $85
• Canadian Shipping is $30 and free on order over $150
